Live plants are available for pickup or local delivery in Thunder Bay and surrounding areas, unless otherwise noted in listings. All plants are inspected before pickup or delivery, though natural variation and acclimation stress are normal.
Please provide accurate contact information and be available to receive your order. For unattended deliveries, responsibility transfers upon delivery — we cannot be responsible for theft, weather exposure, or damage after delivery. Weather may delay deliveries, and pickup orders should be collected within the agreed timeframe.
Plants naturally differ in size, colour, shape, growth and leaf count. Minor cosmetic damage and imperfections are expected. Listings specify whether photos show the exact plant or a representative example.
Pots and accessories are included only when explicitly stated. While every plant is inspected before sale, no plant can be guaranteed pest-free — please quarantine new plants for at least two weeks. Drooping, yellowing, curling, or leaf loss during acclimation is normal.
Please inspect items upon arrival. Contact us within 24 hours if your plant shows significant undisclosed damage, appears seriously unhealthy, or differs from what you ordered. Include your order details, a description, and clear photos.
Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may offer care guidance, a replacement, store credit or a refund. Concerns raised later are reviewed individually.
Live plant sales are generally final after pickup or delivery. Refunds or replacements are not typically provided for natural variation, acclimation stress, post-delivery damage, improper care, pet or household damage, change of mind, or plants outgrowing their original appearance.
